Groupsoft started its SAP Retail Support services from its offshore location for Magarabi Retail - thereby continuing to provide its services to Magrabi.

The support services will be focused on:

Resolution of Functional Issues: Issues in the normal transaction processing due to customizing (IMG) settings maintained in the production environment.

Resolution of Technical Issues: Issues related to Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements and Workflows (FRICEW) already maintained in the system.

Business Improvement: Implementation of a new functionality which is available but was not implemented earlier, improving an existing business process by adopting a better functional approach. Any new FRICEW requirement of the business
